WatchDog should be usable by everyone.
Moment Signal Labs is working to make WatchDog accessible to people with disabilities and is using WCAG 2.2 Level AA as the product target.
Current status
WatchDog targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA and has passed automated accessibility remediation testing.
We are not yet claiming complete WCAG 2.2 Level AA conformance. Manual assistive-technology, zoom, caption, real-data, and physical-device acceptance remains in progress.
Work completed
- Synchronized English captions and a readable transcript for the WatchDog overview video.
- Keyboard-operable sign-in and Create WatchDog dialogs with focus containment and restoration.
- Accessible labels and valid semantics for priority forms and template controls.
- Keyboard access to horizontally scrollable Alert History content.
- Focus visibility, responsive focus-order, toast-obstruction, contrast, and 320-pixel reflow remediation.
- Automated accessibility checks on pull-request previews and the verified production deployment.
Manual acceptance still underway
- NVDA with Chrome and VoiceOver with Safari.
- 200% and 400% zoom.
- Human review of caption accuracy, timing, and audio-description needs.
- Alert History with real production data.
- Physical iOS and Android device testing.
Report an accessibility barrier
During the current founding-access period, please use the support contact included with your WatchDog invitation or contact the Moment Signal Labs representative who provided your access. Include the page or workflow, the device and browser or assistive technology you used, and what prevented you from completing the task.
A dedicated public accessibility contact channel will be published before general availability. We will acknowledge reported barriers, investigate them, and prioritize fixes that block core WatchDog workflows.
